Collection Notice
At or before collection, Scholista provides notice that it may collect parent or guardian contact details, student identity and education details, testing data, family preferences, financial-planning context, interview notes, uploaded materials, payment transaction records, and portal workflow information in order to provide admissions planning services, operate the account, process orders, communicate with the family, improve service quality, and meet legal or safety obligations.
Families should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information, including Social Security numbers, external account passwords, FSA IDs, school portal credentials, tax credentials, bank credentials, and full payment-card numbers unless Scholista expressly requests a specific item through a controlled process.
Support and Privacy Contacts
Support, refund, cancellation, duplicate-purchase, and onboarding questions should be sent to admin@scholista.co. Privacy, parent-review, correction, or deletion requests should be sent to admin@scholista.co.
Important Operating Assumptions
- Scholista is drafted here as a United States and New Jersey-based service.
- The current legal pack assumes parent-led or parent-authorized use for students under 18.
- The service is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for independent under-13 use.
- Before broad paid launch, the final company entity name, mailing address, dedicated privacy contact, refund policy, tax treatment, state-specific consumer terms, AI disclosures, and minor-data policy should be reviewed by licensed counsel. This engineering review does not replace legal advice.
